We offer custom turnkey and sub-contracted turned edge case-made rigid box packaging for retail products, direct mail, gift box sets, launch kits and much more. We can work from your existing design and your supplied press sheets, or utilize our full-service design, print production and assembly services for a complete turnkey solution.

Rigid Box Construction

These boxes are sturdy and durable, allowing for grand presentation and preservation of the product or promotion within. They are an ideal option for high-end consumer products, gift boxes, launch kits, welcome kits, promotional and loyalty kits, special edition CD & DVD packaging, and much more. Since our assembly is by hand, there are no limitations to size, complexity, or shape (including round, triangular, or others).

Turned Edge

Hand-turned edge package assembly allows for curves and multi-dimensional shapes that automated methods just don’t allow for. The freedom and flexibility provided by our turned edge expertise for custom binders, menu covers, book covers, are just a few examples.

Custom s/b/s Folding Cartons

Your custom, non-machinable s/b/s folding carton is our forte, and we’ve been doing it for nearly forty years. Is your folding carton a good fit for a folder-gluer? That’s not a good fit for us. But for your large volume, custom s/b/s package, we’re the perfect fit, and we can work from your own design and supplied press sheets for us to die-cut and assemble, or, utilize our design and production service expertise for turnkey production.

Die-Cut Inserts

We can design, manufacture or simply fulfill your corrugated, foam or plastic die-cut tray or insert.

Packaging Fulfillment

You provide the packages, we fill them up. Sometimes rather than making the packages, it is our job to fill packages, cartons, and boxes that are already supplied that you need filled for distribution. We’ll meticulously pack each package, and our stringent QC ensures strict adherence to your exact specifications, guaranteeing a perfect packaging fulfillment every time.
